The KMC E1 EPT is a grey single-speed steel bicycle chain with 130 links and a 1/2 x 3/32 inch pitch, specially designed for e-bikes with hub gear and mid-motor. The EcoProteQ (EPT) anti-rust treatment protects the chain against oxidation for a long time, even in wet conditions. With a weight of 362 grams, the chain is robust enough for the higher torque of e-bike motors. The chain is treated with KMC wax for dry and clean lubrication that attracts less dirt than conventional chain oil.
