1. Register your return
Simply register your return by entering your postcode and order number on this digital form. Then choose the product you want to return and provide the reason for doing so. If necessary, pay the shipping costs of the shipping company and you will receive a return label.
2. Repacking
Package the items you want to return in the original packaging. Products can only be returned if they are clean, complete and undamaged. They must also be supplied with the original undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used and for bicycles, no more than 5km must have been cycled.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try it, we may charge you for this loss in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.
3. Returning the item
Deliver the package to a pickup point near you.
4. Refund return
After receipt in our warehouse, the refund will in most cases be processed within 5 days.
We will then refund the amount due for the order within 14 days of receiving your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
We will refund the amount to the account you used to make the payment.
How do I report my return shipment?

Note: In most cases, the name of Buckaroo is used as a reference instead of our name.
I no longer have the original box for the order. Can I pack my product in a different way?
If you no longer have the original packaging of the package, you can also return the items in a different box or bag. However, it is important that the items are well packaged and that you have submitted your return through our digital return portal.
What are the costs of returning an item?
The cost of returning your package from your home to us is at your own expense. You are free to choose which carrier to use for this. These costs are approximately 5.75 per package (at DHL); for the exact rates, please consult your carrier’s website.
Can I exchange my product?
That is not a problem at all. You can contact klantenservice@bikebudget.nl. However, you will bear the costs yourself for returning the product that you want to exchange.
What is the return period?
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps the product just doesn't suit you, or there may be another reason why you want to return the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order. up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason for canceling.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

The right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. If the product arrives damaged or used, we may charge you for this.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product. If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the last product or part. At the moment you have agreed to a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you physically receives the first product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email, including or not including the model form, to info@bikebudget.nl . Within 14 days of sending the email, you must return the products. After receiving your returned product, we will try to refund your money as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days.
We ask you to return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.
Refund
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a refund for all payments, excluding delivery costs for the return shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree on another method with us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We estimate that these costs will be up to € 29.95.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
