Canceling is possible provided the order has not yet been shipped; it may be that the order was sent very quickly after placing the order. Our warehouse operates almost entirely automatically. To cancel an order? For this, you can send an email to klantenservice@bikebudget.nl (clearly state "CANCEL" in the subject and include the order number).
