When will my order arrive?
The exact delivery time is indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart. It is possible that a combination of products will result in a longer delivery time.
Ordered before 20:59, delivered tomorrow
For most of our items, orders placed before 20:59 are delivered the next business day between 10:00 and 18:00.
Ordered before 10:30, delivered today
With a select number of products, you can choose Same Day Delivery. If this option is available for the product, it will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Ordered before 18:00, delivered within 2 working days
To reduce our environmental impact, we try to combine items that are shipped from different warehouses. When combining some items, the delivery time will therefore be longer. This is displayed in the shopping cart.

Missed a package delivery? No problem
Were you not at home when DHL delivered your package? DHL will then leave a card in the mailbox. DHL will deliver your package the next day at a DHL parcel point. DHL will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card, you can use the app to track your package. Track and trace see where your package is being delivered.
You can also choose to have your package delivered again to your home or to your neighbors using Track & Trace. You have the choice of different dates and time slots during the day and evening. If you would prefer to choose a different DHL point, that is also possible. You can submit your choice by 23:59 hours.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible (info@bikebudget). We will then try to change the order for you if possible. If the product has already been shipped, the costs are at your own expense.

Clothing, accessories and parts
If you order clothing, accessories or parts from us, the delivery costs for orders over €49 are free. For orders below that, we charge only €4.99.
Shipping accessories and parts to Belgium
The shipping costs to Belgium are €6.95 and again, shipping costs above €49 are free!
